- The glass is always half full. I’m known for my sunny disposition and make people laugh.

How do you greet your day?
- I start my day in a good mood.

- I try to make the best out of any difficult situation, and see a challenge as an opportunity.

Health and Lifestyle
How do you start your day?
- I usually start with a good breakfast – whole wheat and grains, eggs, fresh fruit, milk, yogurt and granola – and occasionally splurge with bacon, waffles or pancakes.
- I’m always in a hurry in the mornings, but I do have a breakfast shake, fruit or granola bar to keep me going.
- Usually, I skip breakfast and grab a cup of coffee or tea.
- I like popular cereals, donuts and pastries for breakfast.
How important is exercise to you?
- I exercise at least three times a week.
- I fit it in my schedule whenever I can.
- It’s high on my list but something else always comes up.
- I know I should but I don’t.
Do you use tobacco products?
- I don’t smoke, chew tobacco or use any form of tobacco product.
- Yes, I smoke daily.
- On occasion I smoke a cigarette, cigar or pipe, or I chew tobacco.
- I don’t smoke, but I live with someone who does.
Have you ever used alcohol or drugs to have a good time?
- Yes, and I’ve done some pretty wild things under the influence.
- I can’t remember … but maybe.
- I don’t abuse drugs or alcohol.
- I don’t use drugs, but I occasionally have just a little too much to drink.
What is your health like in terms of your weight?
- I am at a healthy weight.
- I’m only a few pounds overweight but I’m trying a number of healthy habits such as diet and exercise to bring it down.

Water, water everywhere but how much do you drink?
- I drink about one or two glasses of water a day.
- I drink about eight (8 oz.) glasses of water each day.
- I get my fluids through coffee, sports drinks, juices, soda and other caffeinated beverages.

Sleep
Test your sleep IQ. How much is enough?
- Most people can get by with two hours of sleep.
- Very active people only need three or four hours of sleep.
- It doesn’t matter how little sleep you get during the week as long as you make it up on the weekend.
- A healthy amount of sleep is 7-9 hours a night.
What do you do to get your zzzs?
- I look for ways to relax including yoga, reading, meditation or a warm bath.
- I drink a few glasses of alcohol before bedtime to help me relax.
- I go to bed at the same time every night.
- I incorporate exercise in my daily routine to help me sleep.
What is your relationship with sleep?
- I make sleep a priority.
- The adrenaline rush from deadlines and all-nighters, just like when I was in school, keeps me active so I don’t need much sleep.
- Although I don’t always get a full night’s rest, I make adjustments in my schedule whenever I can to get more sleep.
- I’ve got too much on my mind to think about sleep, but make up for it with power naps.
How do you wake up in the morning?
- Groggy. I have to hit the snooze button several times to wake up.
- Usually I can get by without an alarm clock. I wake up feeling refreshed and upbeat.
- I often go to bed late because I’m not tired, but then I wake up on the wrong side of the bed every morning.
- I sleep right through my alarm clock and find myself always running late.
How do you rate your snoring?
- I sound like a buzz saw when I’m tired and exhausted, and often wake myself up.
- I’m often told my snoring sounds like birds are chirping so how bad could that be…
- I don’t snore and generally get a full night’s rest.
- I don’t think I snore and can’t hear myself snore, but my spouse/partner says I raise the roof.
What kind of sleeper are you?
- I toss and turn all night.
- Its lights out and sweet dreams.
- I’m slow to get to sleep but once asleep, I’m fine and get a good night’s rest.
- I’m a light sleeper and everything wakes me up.
